سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال

• نقبل طلبات الاسترجاع والاستبدال خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب.

• يستثنى من ذلك الأحذية، حيث لا تقبل طلبات الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال لها نهائيًا.

• يشترط أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية وغير مستخدم، مع التغليف الأصلي السليم (غير الممزق أو التالف).

• يجب أن تكون بطاقة المنتج (التاغ) وجميع الملصقات إن وجدت مثبتة ولم تتم إزالتها.

• يجب إرسال صور واضحة للمنتج والتغليف من جميع الجهات عند تقديم الطلب.

• بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه والتأكد من مطابقته للشروط، يتم استرداد قيمة الطلب أو استبدال المنتج.

• في حال وجود ضرر أو عيب في المنتج من وقت الاستلام (خطأ من الشركة)، لا تُطبّق أي رسوم.

• رسوم الاسترجاع: 1.500 د.ب.

• رسوم الاستبدال: 3.000 د.ب (تشمل استلام المنتج القديم وتوصيل الجديد).

* يحق لنا رفض طلب الاسترجاع إذا كان المنتج مستخدمًا أو كان التغليف الأصلي ممزقًا أو تالفًا أو••• تمت إزالة بطاقة المنتج (التاغ) أو أي من الملصقات.

We accept return and exchange requests within 7 days of receiving your order.
Shoes are excluded and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
The item must be unused and in its original condition, with intact packaging (not torn or damaged).
The product tag and all labels, if any, must remain attached and unremoved.
Clear photos of the product and packaging from all angles must be submitted with the request.
Once received and inspected, and confirmed to meet the conditions, we will process the refund or exchange.
Return fee: BD 1.500.
Exchange fee: BD 3.000 (covers pickup of the old item and delivery of the new one).
We reserve the right to refuse the request if the item is used, the packaging is damaged, or the tag has been removed.
